This is FAQ related to the 2nd generation of SECHSKIES OFFICIAL YELLOWKIES FANSHIP membership. 


If you are interested in registering for the 2nd generation of OFFICIAL YELLOWKIES FANSHIP membership,

please read the following FAQ carefully and contact us.

1. What is V LIVE FANSHIP?

It is a membership platform APP service of ‘V LIVE’, a global star live app service provided by NAVER, 

which provides various premium contents via limited-time membership.


We offer various online/offline premium benefits to paid subscribers,
including advance booking for concerts, special live videos, and offline event invitations that are included in the existing fan club service.


We are recruiting the 2nd generation of OFFICIAL YELLOWKIES as limited-time membership FANSHIP.


You can download via the APP market according to your operating system.

2. How much is the membership fee for the 2nd generation of OFFICIAL YELLOWKIES FANSHIP?

- [When registering via APP] 33,000 won (Welcome Kit included) / 26,400 won (Welcome Kit not included)
- [When registering via PC] V1500 coins (Welcome Kit included) / V1200 coins (Welcome Kit not included)

*You can register with direct payment on app, and with V Coin on PC.

3. What is the registration process of the 2nd generation of OFFICIAL YELLOWKIES FANSHIP?

1) Access and register V LIVE APP or webpage and follow SECHSKIES channel

2) Connect to V LIVE SECHSKIES channel during the FANSHIP application opening period and click FANSHIP banner.

3) Select between two option: Welcome Kit included (delivery fee excluded) / not included

4) Make payment to complete registration

* You can also access V LIVE's STORE page during the application opening period;
 click the SECHSKIES channel in the FANSHIP product to register. 

*In the case of products that include a Welcome Kit,
 you can also request delivery (must enter address and pay delivery fee) immediately after product payment (subscription).


* In the case of PC and mobile web, you can pay after charging coins.
 In APP, you can pay immediately without additional coin charging procedure.

4. How can I check my membership for the 2nd generation of OFFICIAL YELLOWKIES FANSHIP?

Access and login to V LIVE (V LIVE.tv) > Click My Account > My Page > check from ‘My FANSHIP’ / ‘Purchases’ menu



5. What is the application period?
It’s from January 02(Thu), 2020 11:00 to January 12(Sun), 2020 23:59

If you want to join, please register within the period. 



6. Can foreign members or overseas residents also register?
If you are a member living overseas, you can join through various Social Media accounts.
However, you can register only if you have verified yourself via SMS verification when joining. (Same as in Korea)



7. Can minors register?
Minors who are between the age of 14 and 19 can register after an agreement procedure is signed by their legal guardian (parent). Please register under "your name".

The legal guardian or minor may cancel the purchase if the legal guardian has not approved the purchase (only applicable in Korea).

 

However, only residents of Korea are provided with opportunities to participate in public broadcasts.



8. Can the subscriber and user be different? (i.e., using another’s account)
The 2nd OFFICIAL YELLOWKIES FANSHIP is available only under your name.
Members who register with others' account, such as with family name, cannot receive benefits.



9. What is included in the Welcome Kit? Can I verify my membership without getting a membership card?
The Welcome Kit will include members-only items that cannot be purchased anywhere, including membership cards.
The Welcome Kit will be made and delivered after the application period closes.

Members without Welcome Kit will not receive a physical membership card,
but can check the membership via the V FANSHIP service.

The issued membership card and Welcome Kit are privileges that are provided only for fan club members, therefore you cannot make transfers or resales and be re-issued them if they are lost.


10. Where can I enter my Welcome Kit address and how much is the delivery fee?
You can also request delivery (must enter address and pay delivery fee) immediately after product payment (subscription).
You must enter the delivery address and pay the delivery fee within the delivery application period.
You can check the delivery application period at [My Page > My FANSHIP.

  • If you don’t enter the address or pay within the given period, the kit will not be delivered.
  • Welcome Kits returned due to subscribers' negligence, such as due to an absent recipient or unclear address, will not be resent, so please enter an address where you can receive the kit.
  • Details on Welcome Kit delivery can be found in Help. (NAVER Help Center > V LIVE > FANSHIP > Limited-time FANSHIP > WELCOME KIT)



11. Will the membership be unavailable 1 year after registration?
The official membership period is one year, and you will be notified in advance of the end of the membership.
The membership period may vary based on the artists’ schedule.



12. I want to cancel (withdraw) after registration. What should I do?

You can request a refund within 7 days (subscription cancellation date) from the date of registering.

Note that you will be refunded with the amount that remains after deducting the value of your usage (if applicable).
