BABYMONSTER to Release Official Debut Album with Top Producers on Board…Set to Broadcast and Hold Fan Meetings After Dropping 1st Mini Album on April 1st

YG’s rookie girl group BABYMONSTER is set for a successful official debut, drawing global music fans’ anticipation with a lineup of formidable producers.

On the 20th, YG Entertainment posted ‘[BABYMONS7ER] TRACKLIST’ on their official blog. The first mini album’s seven tracks are displayed against a striking red background, showcasing an impressive collection.

Starting with ‘MONSTERS (Intro)’, the album is filled with a variety of genres from hip-hop to ballad, including the title track ‘SHEESH’, ‘LIKE THAT’, ‘Stuck In The Middle (7 ver.)’, ‘BATTER UP (7 ver.)’, ‘DREAM’, ‘Stuck In The Middle (Remix)’, and more.

The album’s high quality is a result of collaboration with a powerful team of producers who have been dedicatedly working for a long time. Leading the team was producer CHOICE37, followed by DEE.P, TREASURE’s CHOI HYUN SUK, and a group of prominent writers from abroad.

In particular, the track ‘LIKE THAT’, gifted to BABYMONSTER by world-renowned singer-songwriter Charlie Puth, drew international fans’ attention. With numerous mega-hit songs to his name, the synergy between his sophisticated sound and BABYMONSTER’s expressiveness is highly anticipated.

YG stated, “Finally, the first mini album of BABYMONSTER has been completed with the voices of seven members,” adding, “This album will not only showcase their solid musical abilities but also fully convey the perfect harmony and identity of the team.”

With this album as a starting point, BABYMONSTER is set to engage in vigorous activities. They plan to become more familiar to domestic fans through music programs, broadcast appearances, fan signing events, and more. Additionally, starting in Tokyo, Japan, the group will embark on a fan meeting tour covering five Asian regions including Jakarta, Indonesia; Singapore; Taipei, Taiwan; and Bangkok, Thailand, and will participate in Japan’s largest music festival, ‘Summer Sonic 2024’, to expand their global presence.
