“Full of YG Style Swag” BABYMONSTER Previews New Music Ahead of Official Debut

With their official debut just three days away, BABYMONSTER has skyrocketed the anticipation of global fans by releasing a teaser of their first mini-album.

On the 29th, YG Entertainment posted the sampler of BABYMONSTER’s Mini Album 1 ‘BABYMONS7ER’ on their official social media channels. This preview offers a glimpse into seven tracks, showcasing their musical versatility that transcends genres.

‘MONSTERS (Intro)’, signaling the album’s commencement, immediately captivates with its grand atmosphere and intense beat. The bold confidence of BABYMONSTER, encapsulated in their declaration “We are BABYMONSTER,” asserts their overwhelming presence and identity.

The title track ‘SHEESH’ has also garnered significant attention for its powerful impact. Over a dark hip-hop mood, the escalating powerful vocals lead to a catchy chorus that’s anything but ordinary. YG mentioned, “The song’s strong addictiveness, coupled with its brisk and seamless transitions, will deliver an exhilarating experience.”

‘LIKE THAT’, produced by global pop star Charlie Puth, has sparked interest for its minimal arrangement, quirky hook, and smooth rap parts. BABYMONSTER’s distinctive vocal tones and unparalleled expressiveness are expected to maximize auditory pleasure.

Adding to the excitement, ‘Stuck In The Middle’ and ‘BATTER UP’, featuring the voice of AHYEON, along with the pre-debut track ‘DREAM’ that recalls the touching moments of their debut reality show, have all elevated fans’ expectations.

Meanwhile, the entire music catalogue of BABYMONSTER’s Mini Album ‘BABYMONSTER’ will be released at midnight on April 1. Marking this album release, BABYMONSTER will connect with domestic fans through various activities, including music programs, fan signing events, and more. Additionally, their reach will expand globally with a fan meeting tour across five Asian regions including Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Bangkok, and an appearance at Japan’s largest music festival, ‘Summer Sonic 2024’.
