BABYMONSTER’s “SHEESH” Performance Video Surpasses 100 Million Views

Group BABYMONSTER has demonstrated their powerful presence as the next ‘YouTube Queens’ with both their music video and dance performance video for “SHEESH.”

According to YG Entertainment on the 18th, the performance video for BABYMONSTER’s official debut song “SHEESH” reached 100 million views on YouTube at approximately 2:42 AM today. Despite being a choreography video, it joined the 100-million-view club in just about 43 days, which is remarkably fast.

The video has been highly praised for maximizing the natural charm of BABYMONSTER’s delicate expression and performance skills. As “SHEESH” continues to chart globally, the popularity of the video has also been on a steady rise.

This achievement brings BABYMONSTER’s total to four videos surpassing 100 million views. The “SHEESH” music video set a new record as the fastest K-pop girl group debut song to reach 100 million views in 10 days and 200 million views in 33 days. Additionally, “BATTER UP” and “Stuck In The Middle” have also rapidly hit the hundred million view milestone.

Despite being released over a month ago, “SHEESH” continues its popularity marathon. It has climbed to its own record highs of 33rd on the Billboard Global 200 and 16th on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S charts, and has been on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Chart for six consecutive weeks. It remains at the top of major domestic music platforms.

Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER successfully launched their first fan meeting tour in Tokyo, Japan, on the 11th and 12th of this month. They are set to expand their global reach with upcoming events in Jakarta, Indonesia on June 8; Singapore on June 15; Taipei on June 23; and Bangkok, Thailand on June 29 and 30.
