YG’s New Monster Rookie, BABYMONSTER, to Release ‘LIKE THAT’ Performance Video on May 31

YG Entertainment’s rookie girl group BABYMONSTER will unveil an exclusive performance video for their track ‘LIKE THAT’ from their 1st mini album at midnight on May 31.

On May 24, YG Entertainment revealed the ‘BABYMONSTER – ‘LIKE THAT’ COMING SOON POSTER’. The release of the ‘LIKE THAT’ performance video, which YG EXECUTIVE PRODUCER YANG HYUN SUK decided to produce as a way to give back to global fans, was announced.

Their unique aura added to their sleek black suit styling is truly captivating. The magnetic expressions and chic, restrained gestures, combined with the distinct charms of the seven members, make it impossible to look away. The simple white background contrasts with the bold red typography, sparking curiosity among viewers.

Previously, BABYMONSTER introduced the stage for ‘LIKE THAT’ for the first time during their Tokyo fan meeting on May 11 and 12, titled ‘BABYMONSTER PRESENTS: SEE YOU THERE’. The addictive point choreography and groovy dance lines have garnered explosive responses from global fans. Interest is now heightened as to how these performances have been incorporated into the exclusive performance video.

‘LIKE THAT’ is a track gifted to BABYMONSTER by world-renowned artist Charlie Puth, generating significant buzz. The track, laid over a sensory sound bed, showcases the members’ smooth vocals and rapping, providing a thrilling pleasure that has been well-received by global fans, charting highly on both Spotify and QQ Music internationally.

BABYMONSTER is currently conducting their debut fan meeting ‘BABYMONSTER PRESENTS: SEE YOU THERE’ across five cities in seven sessions. Following a sold-out first show in Tokyo, the tour will continue in Jakarta on June 8, Singapore on June 15, Taipei on June 23, and Bangkok on June 29 and 30.
