‘Comeback D-3’ TREASURE, ‘KING KONG’ Group Visual Released… Intense Energy

With just three days left until the release of their new song, the visuals of all members of YG’s TREASURE have been unveiled, skyrocketing the anticipation of music fans.

YG Entertainment posted the ‘KING KONG’ CONCEPT POSTER on their official social media on May 25. The image captures attention instantly with the overwhelming energy of the members, true to the title ‘KING KONG’.

The outfits, highlighted in black and red, enhance TREASURE’s uniquely hip charm. The styling that accentuates each member’s individuality creates a synergistic tension. A teaser video also briefly showed a majestic structure soaring into the sky, drawing significant interest.

Furthermore, individual teasers have been revealed, with JIHOON and DOYOUNG being the last to unveil theirs. Their deeper gazes, paired with a design reminiscent of a wanted poster, have heightened curiosity about the message they will deliver through this new song.

Not only the posters, but all released teaser content have shown a different, more chic and mature charm compared to TREASURE’s previous appearances. There is keen interest in what kind of transformation TREASURE will present with this comeback, as they have consistently demonstrated their limitless ability to embrace various concepts.

TREASURE’s new digital single ‘KING KONG’ will be released on May 28 at 6 PM. YG has hinted at a fresh vibe distinct from TREASURE’s previous music, featuring powerful sound and dynamic performances, and has stated, “The team’s characteristic energetic essence is maximized with intense charisma.”

Meanwhile, TREASURE is currently conducting their second Asia tour ‘2024 TREASURE RELAY TOUR [REBOOT]’, covering five cities in nine sessions. After performances in Manila and Hong Kong, they will continue this week in Bangkok. The tour will then proceed to Kuala Lumpur on June 22 and Jakarta on June 29-30.
