BABYMONSTER Proves Their Monstrous Potential Through Music Show
YG’s new girl group BABYMONSTER has embellished their comeback stage with an upgraded live performance, marking their first appearance on a music broadcast.
On the afternoon of the 10th, BABYMONSTER appeared on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’, unveiling their double title tracks ‘CLIK CLAK’ and ‘DRIP’. They had already set the tone with a YG-produced performance video, and anticipation was high as they promised live performances with handheld microphones.
Opening with ‘CLIK CLAK’, BABYMONSTER burst onto the stage, instantly unleashing the signature YG hip-hop vibe. Their unique rap style over a minimal sound drew admiration, while RUKA and the group’s distinctive gestures—like tossing sunglasses—captivated the audience.
Following up with ‘DRIP’, the seven members of BABYMONSTER radiated vibrant energy. Their compelling expressions added to the immersion, and their forceful dance moves during the chorus thrilled the audience.
What stood out the most was their powerful choreography paired with unwavering vocal strength. Their piercing raps and the thrilling high notes towards the end left fans in awe of the upgraded live performance.
BABYMONSTER is now set to dive into full-scale activities. They also showed off their entertaining side on the same day by appearing on SBS’s ‘Running Man’. Additionally, they will continue to shine across various platforms including music shows, radio, and YouTube.
