YG BABYMONSTER Expands First World Tour… Adds Four Japanese Cities

YG’s rookie girl group BABYMONSTER has rapidly progressed from their debut to hosting their first world tour, now further expanding its scale.

YG Entertainment announced on their official blog today, ‘2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR ‘HELLO MONSTERS’ ANNOUNCEMENT – JAPAN’. According to this announcement, BABYMONSTER has confirmed performances in four Japanese cities: Kanagawa, Aichi, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

This development completes a tour roadmap that encompasses major music markets in both Japan and North America. Previously, YG announced the start of the tour with shows on January 25 and 26 at the Seoul KSPO DOME, followed by performances in New Jersey in February, and Los Angeles in March.

The upcoming shows in Japan are expected to garner a warm reception, particularly as they follow BABYMONSTER’s first full album comeback, reuniting them with fans. During their fan meeting tour earlier this year, BABYMONSTER sold out Tokyo’s Ariake Arena and, due to high demand, added additional showtimes at Kobe World Hall, underscoring their significant popularity in Japan.

Additionally, the poster hints at more to come with the phrase ‘AND MORE TBA’, suggesting that new tour cities will be announced soon. YG commented, “In gratitude for the love shown to BABYMONSTER, we are preparing to meet as many fans as possible. Please look forward to what’s next.”

Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER released their first full album [DRIP] on the first of this month and has been actively engaging in all-around promotions in music and broadcast industries. Their lead single ‘DRIP’ continues to climb various domestic music charts. Riding this momentum, they will continue to interact with fans through their follow-up track ‘Love In My Heart’ until the end of the year.
