BABYMONSTER’s First World Tour Set to Be an Unprecedented Event
‘BABYMONSTER,’ the monster rookies, are gearing up for their debut world tour in about three weeks, promising to be of unprecedented scale. On January 7th, their agency YG Entertainment raised fans’ expectations by releasing a spot video revealing the locations of BABYMONSTER’s first world tour.
The video captures the explosive energy of BABYMONSTER at their first fan meeting tour, filled with deafening cheers. It showcases their confident performance and relaxed engagement with the audience, revealing a stage presence beyond their rookie status.
The video also teased the scale of the tour with the phrase “AND MORE TBA,” indicating more cities to be announced along with the already confirmed ones. After 19 shows across 10 cities, further dates are expected, as BABYMONSTER plans to visit as many MONSTIEZ (fandom name) as possible to foster closer interactions.
BABYMONSTER will kick off their tour with ‘HELLO MONSTERS IN SEOUL’ on January 25 and 26 at Seoul’s KSPO DOME. The tour will then continue to Newark and Los Angeles in the US, Kanagawa, Aichi, Osaka, and Fukuoka in Japan, followed by Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.
YG Entertainment hinted that the tour would feature solo stages from each member and a high-quality live band setlist. Coupled with BABYMONSTER’s polished performances and YG’s renowned production expertise, the tour is set to offer fans an unforgettable experience.
Furthermore, on New Year’s Day, BABYMONSTER released a surprise message for their fans. Dressed in traditional Hanbok, the members delivered an exciting New Year’s greeting, expressing, “We plan to meet MONSTIEZ from all over the world on our first world tour. This year will be extra special because you are with us,” thrilling fans with the anticipation of the upcoming meetings.
