BLACKPINK Hits It Big Again, Takes No.1 on Spotify for the Third Time… First and Most by Any K-POP Group

YG Entertainment announced on the 14th that BLACKPINK’s new song “뛰어(JUMP)” has ranked No.1 on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart.

This marks their third time at the top of the chart, following the pre-release single “Pink Venom” and the title track “Shut Down” from their 2nd full album released in 2022. With this, BLACKPINK becomes the first K-POP group to have three No.1 songs on the chart.

In particular, “뛰어(JUMP)” ranked high not only on the global chart but also on Spotify in various countries including mainstream pop markets like the United States and the United Kingdom. The song was streamed more than 13.09 million times in just two days after release, and with its addictive sound, global popularity is expected to continue for some time.

BLACKPINK is also showing an exceptional presence not only on Spotify but also on another global platform, YouTube. According to the latest chart (2025.07.11), the song reached No.1 on the Global YouTube Daily Trending Music Videos chart, topping charts in countries including Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

“뛰어(JUMP)” is a hardstyle genre track that showcases BLACKPINK’s bold musical challenge. It features a guitar riff reminiscent of a Western movie scene, layered with the members’ unique vocals. Amid positive reviews from music fans, the track reached No.1 in a cumulative total of 60 regions on iTunes and topped the Worldwide Song chart.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is currently on their world tour “DEADLINE,” spanning 31 shows in 16 cities. After successfully kicking off in Goyang and performing in Los Angeles, USA, they are scheduled to light up stadium-scale venues around the world, including Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
