Following the release of the official music video and the practice dance video for ‘HOT SAUCE,’ BABYMONSTER has surprised fans once again with a special bonus treat.
They’ve released a performance video filmed on the white horizon set featured in the music video as a gift to their global fans.
YG Entertainment uploaded the video titled “BABYMONSTER – ‘HOT SAUCE’ DANCE PERFORMANCE VIDEO (M/V White Horizon Ver.)” on their official blog on the 16th.
The video re-edits the white-toned horizon set scene that appeared briefly and powerfully toward the end of the music video, focusing solely on the choreography.
With dynamic camera movements capturing the members’ precise formations and delicate gestures, the video amplifies the core appeal of the performance in a more immersive way.
The signature moves that visually interpret the lyrics also stand out with strong addictive charm. Gestures like placing a finger on the lips or fanning themselves cleverly express the idea of “spiciness,” while the members’ playful facial expressions add a cheerful charm that instantly captivates viewers.
The outfits that complete the sizzling summer vibe also draw attention. The members wear white overalls featuring stylized consonants symbolizing the group’s name,
paired with bold color accents and retro-style LED signage graphics, highlighting each member’s distinct personality with flair.
The pre-release track ‘HOT SAUCE’ from the new mini album is a dance song that reinterprets 1980s old-school hip-hop through BABYMONSTER’s unique style. The witty lyrics compare bold, confident attitudes to spicy food, earning positive reactions from music fans.
Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER is currently on their debut world tour, “2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS>,” performing 32 shows across 20 cities.
After successful stops in Seoul, North America, Japan, and other parts of Asia, the group is now entering the latter half of their tour. Starting in August, they will launch their second North American tour with performances in Toronto, Rosemont, Atlanta, Fort Worth, Oakland, and Seattle. BABYMONSTER also plans to release a second pre-release single in September, followed by their mini album in October, continuing a packed schedule for the rest of the year.
