여러분의 뜨거운 성원에 힘입어, 보다 더 많은 팬 여러분들이 베이비몬스터의 첫 단독 공연에 함께할 수 있도록 이벤트 대상자를 넓히고자 합니다.

*6가지 이벤트 권종 모두 포함하여, 회차별 1인 4매로 매수 제한합니다.

[이벤트 티켓가]

§   비지정석 99,000원(VAT포함)

[예매 일정]

§   예매 기간: 2025년 1월 17일(금) 오후 12시 ~

§   회차별 예매 마감 전까지 구매 가능합니다.

- 2025년 1월 25일(토) 공연 → 1월 24일(금) 17:00(KST) 예매 마감

- 2025년 1월 26일(일) 공연 → 1월 25일(토) 11:00(KST) 예매 마감

§   원활한 이벤트 티켓 오픈 준비를 위해 예매 및 취소 서비스가 아래와 같이 제한됩니다.

- 2025년 1월 17일(금) 10:00(KST) ~ 12:00(KST)

[예매 시 유의사항]

§  본 이벤트 티켓은 비지정석으로만 예매가 가능하며, 좌석 선택이 불가합니다. 좌석 선택을 원하시는 분들께서는 일반 예매 상품을 구매해주시기 바랍니다.

§  본 상품의 좌석은 각 공연의 2층에 마련된 일부 구역에 한정하여 제공될 예정이며, 정확한 좌석 위치는 티켓 수령 시 확인 가능합니다. 티켓 수령 후 좌석 변경은 불가하오니 이에 동의하시는 관객 분들께서만 예매해주시기 바랍니다.

§  2인 이상 예매 시 연석으로 우선 배정하오나, 연석 배정이 안 될 수도 있는 점 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

§  이벤트 권종 선택에 대한 책임은 예매자 본인에게 있습니다. 예매 시 이벤트 권종에 따른 필수 지참 증빙서류를 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다.

§  이벤트 권종 변경을 원하실 경우, 취소 마감 시간 이전 취소 후 재예매가 원칙이며, 기간에 따라 취소수수료가 발생할 수 있습니다.

§  이벤트 정보는 사전 공지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.

§  해당 이벤트 티켓은 한정 수량으로 조기 매진 될 수 있습니다.

§  티켓 수령 시, 예매자는 본인이 선택한 이벤트 권종의 필수 지참 증빙 서류와 신분증, 예매내역서를 함께 제시하여 이벤트 적용 대상자임을 확인해 주셔야 하며, 증빙 불가 시 현장에서 정가 대비 차액을 지불하셔야 합니다.

§  모든 이벤트 권종은 예매자 기준으로 적용되며, 증빙 서류는 예매자에 한해 지참하시면 됩니다. 

§  티켓은 반드시 이벤트 대상 예매자 본인이 직접 수령하셔야 합니다. (대리수령 불가)

§  예매자는 본 안내 페이지의 모든 내용을 숙지 및 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

§  티켓 구매 후 티켓을 재판매하는 행위, 위조 티켓을 판매하는 행위는 금지되어 있습니다. 

불법 거래된 티켓은 주최 측의 권한으로 사전 통보 없이 취소 처리되며, 공연 당일 현장에서 티켓을 소지하고 있더라도 공연장 입장이 불가함을 알려드립니다. 

§  공식 지정 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통한 입장권 구매 또는 취득한 티켓으로 인해 발생한 피해와 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며, 공연의 주최/주관/협력사/예매처에서는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

§  어떠한 이유를 막론하고 부정거래 정황이 발견되는 경우 (티켓거래 사이트 및 개인 SNS 등에 티켓 거래가 확인되는 경우, 대리 예매 시도 또는 양도 등) 주최 측의 권한으로 사전 통보 없이 해당 좌석 예매 취소, 공연장 입장 제한, 멤버십 영구 제명 등 엄격하게 대응할 예정이니 불이익을 받지 않도록 유의 부탁드립니다.

§  티켓 예매 시 공연 안내사항에 동의한 것으로 간주하며, 본 내용은 상황에 따라 추가/변경될 수 있습니다.

공연 관람에 불이익을 받지 않도록 예매 및 관람 전 반드시 공연 안내사항을 확인하시기 바랍니다. 

[티켓 현장 수령 안내]

§   매표소 운영 시간: 공연 시작 4시간 전 ~ 공연 시작 후 종료 (현장 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.)

§   ‘이벤트 권종 별 필수 증빙서류’ ‘예매자 본인의 실물 신분증’, ‘예매 내역서’를 지참하셔야 하며, 확인 후 티켓 수령이 이루어집니다.

* 본인 확인이 가능한 신분증: 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 청소년증, 외국인 등록증

§  예매자 명과 다른 명의의 신분증이나 신분증 사본은 인정하지 않으니 미리 확인하시어 준비해주시기 바랍니다.

§  예매자 본인 확인 자료가 부족한 경우 티켓 수령 및 입장이 불가하거나 상황에 따라 정가 대비 차액 지불 후 티켓 수령 및 입장 가능하오니, 이와 같은 사유로 입장이 지체되는 등의 피해가 발생할 시 티켓의 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.

§  프로모션으로 구매하신 티켓은 지류 티켓으로 발권 됩니다.

§  티켓 현장 수령 시 큰 혼잡이 예상됩니다. 가급적 빠른 시간 내에 티켓 수령을 권장하며, 티켓 수령 지연에 따라 공연 관람이 지체될 수 있는 점 양지 하시기 바랍니다.

In response to your incredible support, we have decided to expand the number of participants so that even more fans can join BABYMONSTER’s very first concert.

[Event Information and Eligibility]

*Including all three ticket types, purchases are limited to a maximum of 6 tickets per person per session.

[Ticket Sales Notice]

§   Sales Period: 2025.01.08(WED) 19:00(KST) ~

§   Purchases can be made until the booking deadline for each session.

- 2025.01.25(SAT) SHOW DAY → 2025.01.24(FRI) RESERVATION CLOSES AT 17:00(KST)

- 2025.01.26(SUN) SHOW DAY → 2025.01.25(SAT) RESERVATION CLOSES AT 11:00(KST)

§  To ensure a smooth event ticket opening, ticket booking and cancellation services will be restricted as follows:

- 2025.01.17(FRI) 10:00(KST) ~ 12:00(KST)

[Important Information]

§  Tickets purchased through this event are only available as unreserved seating, and seat selection is not available. If you wish to select your seat, please purchase tickets through general reservation.

§  Reserved seats will be randomly assigned within the 2nd-floor section, and the exact seat location will be confirmed when you collect your ticket. Once tickets are issued, seat changes are not allowed. Please purchase through this event only if you agree to these terms.

§  For reservations of two or more tickets, adjacent seats will be prioritized; however, please note that it may not always be possible to allocate adjacent seats.

§  The responsibility for selecting the appropriate event category lies with the purchaser. Please carefully review the required documentation for the chosen category before purchasing your ticket(s).

§  If you wish to change your event category, you must cancel your initial reservation before the cancellation deadline and rebook. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

§  On-site changes to event category, cancellations, or refunds on the day of the show(s) are not permitted, so please take note of this when making your purchase.

§  Event details are subject to change without prior notice.

§  This event ticket is available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.

§  When collecting tickets, the purchaser must present the required documentation for the chosen event category, along with a valid form of ID and confirmation of ticket purchase, to verify eligibility. If the necessary documents are not provided, the price difference compared to the full ticket price must be paid on-site.

§  The event benefits are applied based on the purchaser, and the required documents must applicable or issued in the name of the purchaser only.

§  Tickets must be collected in person by the purchaser who matches the eligibility requirements of the event category. (Proxy collection is not permitted.)

§  It is assumed that the purchaser has read and agreed to all the information provided on this page.

§  Reselling tickets after purchase or selling counterfeit tickets is strictly prohibited.

§  Tickets obtained through illegal transactions will be canceled by the organizer without prior notice, and admission will be denied at the venue even if the ticket is presented on the day of the show(s).

§  The organizer, host, partner companies, and ticketing platform hold no responsibility for damages or issues arising from tickets purchased or obtained through channels other than the official ticketing platform.

§  If evidence of fraudulent transactions is found (e.g., tickets listed on resale websites or personal SNS accounts, attempts to book tickets on behalf of others, or unauthorized transfers), the organizer reserves the right to cancel reservations, deny admission, and permanently revoke memberships without prior notice. Please ensure compliance to avoid penalties.

§  By purchasing tickets, you are considered to have agreed to all concert guidelines. These guidelines are subject to change or addition based on circumstances.

§  Please review the concert guidelines thoroughly before making a purchase and attending the show(s) to avoid any inconveniences.

[Picking-Up Your Tickets]

§  Ticket Booth Operating Hours: 4 hours before the concert begins ~ start of concert (subject to change based on on-site conditions).

§  Tickets will only be issued after verification of the following: (1) required documentation for selected event category, (2) purchaser’s photo ID, and (3) confirmation of ticket purchase.

* Accepted forms of photo ID: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID, or Alien Registration Card.

§  IDs issued under a name different from the purchaser or copies of IDs will not be accepted. Please ensure you bring the correct documentation.

§  If the purchaser fails to provide the required identification, ticket collection and admission may be denied. Depending on the situation, tickets may be issued after the price difference compared to the full ticket price is paid. In cases where admission is delayed due to such reasons, ticket cancellations or refunds will not be permitted.

§  Tickets purchased through this event will be issued as physical tickets.

§  Heavy crowding is expected at the on-site ticket booth. We recommend picking up your ticket as early as possible to avoid delayed entry to the show(s).

We will do our best to prepare a safe environment for both the artist and the audience to enjoy the concert.
