- 위버스 회원은 2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS> IN SEOUL 콘서트현장 반경 2.5km 내에 도착, 위버스샵 GLOBAL을 통해 앨범을 구매한 후 현장에서 수령하실 수있습니다.

- 모든 앨범은 판매 시간 종료 전 조기 품절될 수 있습니다.

- 위버스샵에서 주문 후 발급되는 QR코드는 현장 수령 시 별도의 본인확인 절차를 거치지 않고 수령되기 때문에 타인에게 노출되지 않도록 유의 부탁드립니다.

- 빠른 품절 등 현장 상황에 따라 추후 온라인으로도 판매할 수 있으며 특전 제공 혜택은 일부 상이할 수 있습니다. (현장 수령 구매자 대상 폴라로이드형 포토, 현장 뽑기 이벤트 특전 제외 등)

- 현장수령 기한 내에 수령하지 않은 주문 건은 3 영업일 내 자동 주문 취소 및 환불 처리 됩니다.

- The event prize may go out of stock early due to limited quantity, and may not be provided otherwise.

[Precautions When Purchasing]

- The unreleased selfie photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases feature different images for each photocard version.

- The special gifts may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

[Precautions Before Purchase]

- Weverse members will be able to purchase the albums on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS> IN SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

- The albums may sell out early.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- The albums may be available online in the future based on the on-site circumstances, such as quick sell-out, and the special gifts may be provided differently. (E.g. Polaroid-type photo provided to on-site pick-up customers, LUCKY DRAW special gift, etc.)

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)

- A refund may be issued if there’s insufficient stock for an exchange and the same album version and the same special gift with the same member’s image will be provided for exchanges. (You cannot choose the version of the special gift.)

- If a special gift is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new one only at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

- The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
