코로나19로 인한 정부 및 공연장의 거리두기 지침이 완화됨에 따라, 판매를 보류했던 일부 좌석을 추가 오픈하기로

결정하였습니다.

좌석 추가 오픈 작업을 위해 3월 29일(화) 오후 2시부터 오후 6시까지 일시적으로 예매 및 취소가 중지되며,

오후 6시부터는 정상적으로 예매가 가능하오니 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

어려운 상황 속에서도 TREASURE의 첫번째 콘서트를 기다려주시는 많은 팬 분들과 함께 하고자 하는 

추가 좌석 오픈에 많은 관심 부탁 드리며, 여러분의 안전하고 즐거운 관람을 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.

※ 정부의 방역패스 및 출입명부 의무화 잠정 중단으로, 입장 시 방역패스 (접종증명, 음성확인제) 인증을 진행하지 않습니다.

※ 티켓 현장 수령자 및 팬클럽 선예매자는 본인 확인을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증을 반드시 지참하시기 바랍니다.

※ 입장 및 공연 관람과 관련한 자세한 사항은 예매페이지를 통해 사전 확인 하신 후 방문하시어 관람에 피해를

※ 오프라인 공연의 진행 여부는 코로나19 확산 상황에 따라 공연 전 최종 결정될 수 있습니다. 

오프라인 공연이 취소될 경우 구매하신 티켓은 전액 환불 되며, 환불은 결제하신 방법에 따라 

영업일 기준 5~7일 정도 소요됩니다.

※ 해외 예매자의 경우 오프라인 공연 관람을 위한 국내 입국 시 출국 국가에 따라 자가 격리 등의 조치가 

있을 수 있으니 이점 유의하시어 신중히 예매 부탁드립니다.

Thank you for your love and support for TREASURE 1ST CONCERT [TRACE]

Following the ease of the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines enforced by the government and venue,

the seats that have been put on hold for "distanced seating" will be arranged for additional ticket sales.

Reservation and cancellation will be temporarily suspended between 14:00 to 18:00 on March 29th (Tue) for additional tickets sales.

Please note that reservation service will resume from 18:00.

Despite the difficult times, we would like to provide the opportunity for many more fans to enjoy TREASURE’s first concert.

Therefore we ask for your support in the additional ticket sales, and we will do our best to carry out a pleasant and safe concert.

※ Due to the temporary suspension of the quarantine pass and entrance check in, 

the quarantine pass (proof of vaccination or negative PCR test result) check will not be carried out for entry.

※ Fanclub presales purchasers and on-site recipients are required to bring the physical ID card of purchaser to verify identity check. 

 ※ Please check the reservation page in advance for more information on entrance and attendance to avoid any kind of inconvenience for the show.

※Please note that there may be changes in the operational details if the quarantine guidelines chang on show day.

For detailed information on any changes, please check for further announcement.

※ If the offline concert cannot be held due to the spread of COVID-19, the concert will be available through online live streaming. 

※ Depending on the spread of COVID-19, the progression of the offline concert may be decided before the show.

If the offline concert is canceled, all purchased tickets will be fully refunded, and the refund may take 5~7 days depending on your payment method.

※ For offline ticket purchasers arriving from a foreign country, self-isolation period may exist depending on your country of departure, so please take special note of this when making your purchase.

We will do our best to prepare a safe environment for both artist and audiences to enjoy the concert.
