6월 2일, TWINNER 2022 CONCERT [THE CIRCLE] KiT VIDEO 발매기념 팬이벤트 참여 안내 입니다.

기간 내 응모하여 당첨된 분들을 대상으로 를 진행하오니 WINNER를 응원해 주시는 팬 여러분들의 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

참여를 원하시는 분들은 아래 내용을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

발매기념 팬이벤트 (비공개) ♦

- 일시 : 2023년 6월 2일(금) 오후 7시~

- 내용 : 당첨자 대상 오프라인 팬이벤트 진행

[팬이벤트 진행 방법 안내]

팬이벤트 시작시간 1시간 전부터 당첨자 확인 및 번호표 배부가 진행될 예정입니다.

- 팬이벤트 진행 도중 자리 이동은 불가합니다. 정해진 자리에서 이탈 시 퇴장 조치될 수 있으니 반드시

본인 자리에 착석 부탁드립니다.

- 응모기간 내 구매하셨던 상품 중 1종을 현장에서 제공하며 해당 상품 포토북 위에 아티스트의 친필

사인이 될 예정입니다.

- 팬이벤트 진행 시 아티스트에게 선물 전달은 불가능하오니 이점 양해 부탁드립니다. (선물은 무대로

가지고 나오실 수 없으며, 현장에서 즉시 돌려드릴 예정이오니, 이점 유의 부탁드립니다.)

[팬이벤트 유의 사항 안내]

- 입장하기 전 본인 확인을 위해 신분증 확인이 있을 예정이오니, 꼭 신분증을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

(본인 확인 시 신분증과 응모하신 이름이 다를 경우 입장이 불가능합니다.)

* 당첨자 확인 시 사용 할 수 있는 신분증을 다음과 같이 규정하였으니 반드시 사전 확인 바랍니다.

- 내국인 미성년자 : 초·중·고등학교 학생증, 여권, 증명사진 및 생년월일이 표기 된 국가공인 자격증

- 내국인 성인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권

- 외국인 전체 : 여권, 외국인등록증

* 내국인 미성년자를 제외한 모든 고객께서는 ‘학생증 (대학교 학생증 포함)’을 본인 확인용으로 절대

사용할 수 없습니다.

* 신분증의 경우 사진과 생년월일이 확인 가능한 실물 신분증으로만 확인이 가능합니다. 신분증 촬영

이미지는 사용이 불가합니다.

- 팬이벤트 입장권 양도는 절대 불가합니다. (적발 시 강제 퇴장 조치할 수 있습니다.)

- 타인의 명의를 빌려 팬이벤트에 참여할 경우 적발 시 바로 퇴장 조치됩니다.

- 팬이벤트 진행 중 아티스트에게 무리한 요구는 자제 부탁드립니다.

- 아티스트와 직접적인 접촉은 불가합니다.

- 핸드폰 및 녹음 가능 기기 (블루투스 이어폰, 스마트 워치 포함) 소지 시 현장 스태프의 확인 절차가

있을 예정이며 적발 시 메모리 회수 및 삭제 후 퇴장 조치됩니다.

- 본 팬이벤트에서는 개인 멘트 사용이 불가합니다.

- 해당 공지사항 미숙지로 인해 발생하는 상황에 대해서는 책임지지 않으니 반드시 공지사항을

숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[Fan Event Procedure] 

- Winners will be confirmed and numbered tickets will be distributed 1 hour prior to the start of the Fan

Event.

- Seat movement is restricted after entry. You may be asked to leave if you change your seat in the

middle of event, so please be seated in your own seat.

- One of the KiT VIDEO you purchased within the application period will be provided on the event site,

and artist's autograph will be placed on the photobook.

- Giving presents to the artist is not allowed for the Fan Event. (Please note that gifts cannot be

brought to the stage and will be returned immediately on site.) 

[NOTICE] 

- Before the admission, all participants are required to verify their ID, so please bring your ID on the

date of the event. (You cannot enter if your ID and the name you applied for are different.)

* The ID that can be used to confirm the winner is as follows. Please check in advance.

- Underage participants (local): Student ID, Passport, National Authorized Certificate with photo and

date of birth marked.

- Adult participants (local): ID card, Driver’s license, Passport

- Foreigner participants: Passport, Alien Registration Card

* All participants except Korean minors should never use Student ID (including university student ID)

for identification.

* All participants are required to bring their physical ID card. Photo of the ID cards are not allowed.

- Fan event tickets are non-transferable. (If caught, the participant may be asked to leave the venue

immediately.)

- If you borrow someone else's name to participate in the Fan Event, you will be forced to leave the

venue immediately if caught.

- Please refrain from making unreasonable demands to the artist during the event. 

- Direct contact with the artist is not allowed.  

- In case of possession of cell phones and recording devices (including Bluetooth earphones and

smart watches), there will be a confirmation process by the on-site staff and you will be asked to

delete the recorded files and leave the venue.

- Requests for personal messages are not allowed for this Fan Event. 

- We are not responsible for situations caused by inexperience in the notice, so please make sure to

read the notice.
